Pulse width and duty are rescaled as if the tune were corrected for the
selected injector — the fuel mass stays what the cal commands.
Effective flow scales with √(rail ÷ rated pressure); the stock injector
is rated at its 49 psi rail, the others at the 39 psi base
standard.
